This can be a nice easy win since it is a card-linked offer. At a base level, you should be able to stack this with the offer to join for $45 and get a $45 gift card. Using a card loaded with this Chase Offer would turn that into an easy $10 money-maker if you value the gift card at face value — or look at it like buying a $45 Sam’s Club gift card for $35 and getting a membership for free.
