12%/12x through Rakuten and 13% through TopCashback are excellent rates, so today would be a great time to make use of any Amex Business Platinum credits you have for Dell.
While the 13% rate from TopCashback might look like the slightly better off, if your earning preference with Rakuten is set to Membership Rewards then that option will be better if you value Membership Rewards at more than 1.08cpp.

Dell order verification cancelling my orders. Had to call them today to clear my account. Only ordering for personal use. Will take 24-48 hours to find out the result. Fingers crossed.
