Did Greg mention if they claw back the $200 Delta stays credit of the hotel is cancelled?
I have not had any clawbacks, but I can’t promise that won’t change
Re ride share – p2 and I also have a ton of discounted Uber credit and more rewarding cards for ride share spend. Sometimes if it’s a more expensive ride I’ll split with P2 even if he isn’t with me (both Lyft and Uber offer this) so we can use half the ride to get the $10 credit and half the ride using Uber credit or a more rewarding card.
Which Platinum Medallion Choice Benefit are you after?
4 regional upgrades
For the hotel credit rebate, do you worry about an amex claw back if you cancel your refundable booking?
I have gotten it clawed back with a cancelled booking.
I haven’t had it clawed back but it could happen
This has been a fun series recently learning about the ways you guys use the rebates for different cards, especially since you guys are truthful on whether or not you actually use something, how easy it is to use, and whether or not it’s even worth it. Looking forward to hearing about more card rebate schemes!
