Paradise Beach Nevis: A new amazing use of Hilton certificates (2 bedroom beachfront villa with kitchen & plunge pool)

Update 7/30/26: Since publishing this post yesterday, it appears that all award night inventory has been pulled. Hopefully some—or all—of it will return in the coming days, so it’s worth keeping an eye on if you didn’t get a chance to book any nights there yet.

A new and fantastic way to redeem your Hilton free night certificates has just dropped.

Hilton has made more than a dozen further Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) properties bookable directly through their loyalty program. That means that you’ll not only earn points on paid stays, but you can redeem points and/or free night certificates for stays too.

I checked out all the new hotels and one in particular stood out: Paradise Beach Nevis. As the name suggests, it’s on the island of Nevis in Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean. What makes it so notable is the fact that the standard room type that’s bookable with free night certificates is a two bedroom beachfront villa that features a full kitchen, a plunge pool, and more.

This room type sleeps up to four people, although additional guests fees might apply when more than two people are in a room.

The description on Hilton’s website is as follows:

2 Bedroom Beach House – 2 King bedded rooms. Full kitchen – plunge pool Elevated 15 feet above the beach on poles these 2 bedroom houses have 2 king bedrooms – fully fitted kitchen – lounge-dining area with removable wall opening on to oversized deck with plunge pool.

The property itself is fairly small, featuring only ten beachfront villas. It’s on the western side of the island, about five miles from Vance W. Amory International Airport and just a few miles north of its capital Charlestown. Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport is, perhaps, a more common airport for people to fly into, but that’s on the island of St Kitts and so you’d need to catch some kind of boat or ferry to get from there to Nevis. For fans of the musical Hamilton (or just US history in general), Alexander Hamilton was born on Nevis in the 1700s, with various sites relating to his life that you can visit there.

If you have Gold, Diamond, or Diamond Reserve status in the Hilton Honors program, you’ll get complimentary continental breakfast for two people as that’s one of the benefits of Hilton’s partnership with SLH.

Standard room awards at Paradise Beach Nevis cost a whopping 250,000 points per night which is the maximum that Hilton charges right now. On the dates I checked, cash room rates were going for $2,500-$6,500 per night, so being able to book a property like this using free night certificates is excellent.

Award availability is superb too, with consecutive days available for much of the next year. If you were planning on booking with Hilton Honors points and wanted to take advantage of the 5th night free benefit on award stays, there’s a ton of 5+ night availability too. In fact, I checked for 10 nights at a time and much of the next year is bookable for that long too. However, I can’t imagine that’ll last as this will likely prove to be an extremely popular redemption option, so it’d be worth booking sooner rather than later if you’re interested.

For what it’s worth, the other newly added SLH properties are as follows:

Thanks Stephen!!

Even if trying to book directly through the resort website, all dates are unavailable. Doesn’t seem to be a Hilton related block.

The SLH bookings using FNC have been a rare improvement to their program, so long as you can find a Standard Award, when so many programs are constantly devaluing.

I was looking at this last night around 9:00 pm and was planning on calling sometime to book for April. Damn lol. It seemed to good to be true.

Looks like point redemptions were removed for all days or they completely sold out

I noticed a new added Nicaragua SLH hotel? Morgan’s Rock Reserve & Ecolodge, a forest view bungalow with plunge pool room can be booked for 83,000 points, the ocean view one is 260,000 points

Not much to do on Nevis but check out their mango festival in July (?).

Hey… Alexander Hamilton’s birthplace… it’s got some history… and rum.

Sue

I would add to the list: Hotel Nantipa in Santa Teresa Costa Rica. Fantastic boutique property on the beach.

Just took a quick look, only Superior room is a standard award (at 95k). 385k suites are considered Premium award 🙁

Sue

FNCs and we got an upgrade. The standard room is pretty big with the living area and balcony. It’s a great little place.
