Doesn’t seem to be working for existing prime members. I was only able to see the price difference when logged out. I added it to my cart, then signed in to checkout. An error message appears
“Amazon Prime (One Year Membership) is not available for you to purchase because you are either a Prime member or you are buying Prime with 1-Click ordering. Please delete this item to continue.”
(I wasn’t buying with 1-click ordering)
I bought about 5 year’s worth back when it was $79 still before the increase to $99. I think that it should be possible to cancel these and cash them in for amazon credit, and then re-buy tomorrow at the lower $67 to save $13/year. Yes?
When I go to sign up at time of paying it states $99. Do I need a code?
It doesn’t start until Friday. The start and end times are above in the post.
Thank you! I missed that.
I am at the end of the 30 day free membership. Can I cancel and then apply on Friday with the same credit card?
My guess based on past experiences is that anyone who currently isn’t a Prime member will be able to do it. I can’t guarantee that of course, but it seems in your case it might at least make sense to try.
As of now the terms I have listed above are all that I have seen released, so it is impossible for me to give you a solid answer. If I were you I would try that though.
Can I buy it for use a later time when my existing subscription expires?
I’m wondering thes same thing
For new members only?
It seems to be new members only based on the language they used. Last time it works for both new and existing members though.
Thanks!
