American Express Platinum cards come with many great perks, but some are not automatic: you have to sign up. You can find a full list of benefits on the Amex benefit page. Once you sign into your account, make sure to select your Platinum card (if you have other Amex cards) in order to see the relevant benefits.
To help get you started, here is a list of benefits that require enrollment. I highly recommend taking the time to sign up for each.

Simply add your Platinum card number to your Uber account as a payment method.
