Quick Thoughts
Getting $30 additional cashback after earning $10 cashback is a great bonus, especially seeing as TopCashback often has the highest cashback rate for retailers in the first place. I’ve now earned almost $3,500 cashback through their shopping portal, along with more than 1,000 GBP through the British version of their site from back when I lived there, so they’ve earned me a decent amount of money over the years.
As noted in the terms above, you don’t have to earn the $10 cashback by November 18 – you just have to have signed up for TopCashback by that date; the $30 bonus will be awarded whenever you’ve earned $10 in payable cashback even if that’s several months later.
If you’re used to shopping through other portals and are worried you’d forget to click through from TopCashback, you can install their browser extension in Chrome and Firefox browsers. When visiting a site where you can earn cashback through TopCashback, that extension will launch a little popup in the top-right corner to remind you to activate cashback through their portal. There’s no need to then visit TopCashback to click through to the retailer – simply activating the cashback by clicking on the browser extension button will do the trick.
Depending on what percentage rate is offered by the retailers where you’re shopping online, earning $10 cashback may or may not take a little while. If you want to knock out the bonus in one transaction so that it’s done, one option would be to buy a $200 Happy gift card from GiftCards.com or GiftCardMall. Both sites offer 5% cashback when buying Happy gift cards, so spending $200 will earn you that $10 cashback in one transaction along with the $30 bonus. Getting a total of $40 back for buying a $200 Happy gift card is effectively getting it at a 20% discount which is a great reward considering various Happy brands can be used at retailers like Lowe’s, GameStop, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc.
As always, it’s best to compare cashback rates across shopping portals using Cashback Monitor; just be sure to take into account the $30 bonus you can get from TopCashback when comparing those rates.

I joined thru the referral link, and earned more than $10 cash back with Booking.com, and they said booking.com is not eligible retailer for this sign-up bonus. Bummer. I have no idea which is or is not eligible retailer. I double-checked terms and conditions. I will try to follow up with them. Let me know if anybody have any idea.
