The all-business class airline La Compagnie is celebrating its 10th birthday on July 21 and as part of that they’re running a new promotion offering roundtrip business class flights from Newark to Paris for only $2,000.

Quick Thoughts
In case you’re not familiar with La Compagnie, they fly between Newark and Paris-Orly on Airbus 321NEOs. The cabins are in a 2-2 formation, with every single seat being business class and having a lie-flat seat. The 2-2 formation isn’t necessarily ideal if you’re traveling solo, but a couple with $4k to drop on a trip to Europe is less likely to mind.
There’s also free, unlimited Wi-Fi onboard, so this could be a great option if you have to work in one or both directions.
$2,000 roundtrip in business class is a fantastic price considering you’d normally be looking at something costing at least 50% more if you didn’t want Icelandair or Azores Airlines across the Atlantic, especially considering it’s nonstop.
You unfortunately can’t book one-way tickets at half the price; in fact, you could be looking at costs above $2,000 for a one-way flight. There is pretty good availability depending on which month you want to travel and if you have a little bit of flexibility with your transfer dates. For example, the green days below are the days you can get this discounted pricing in October.
Be aware that the airport that La Compagnie flies into in France is Paris-Orly rather than Paris Charles De Gaulle. They’re about 25 miles from each other and it can be a bit of a hassle getting from one to the other, so you’ll want to account for that transit time if you’re planning on booking an onward flight from CDG upon arrival.
This sale is due to be around until July 21 (La Compagnie’s actual 10th birthday), but I imagine the $2,000 fare availability could run out as time goes on and so it might be worth booking sooner rather than later.
