This is a nice increased rate for those looking to make a purchase today. However, it might make more sense to hold off a bit as we will likely see holiday sales over the coming weeks (and along with those sales, we often see increased cash back rates). It is also worth mentioning that I’ve been regularly receiving Capital One Shopping offers of 14-20% back for lululemon. Rakuten rewards may be more valuable to those who receive them as Amex Membership Rewards points, but others may prefer Capital One Shopping or other portals (it looks like JetBlue TrueBlue is currently offering 9 points per dollar, according to cashbackmonitor.com).
