JetBlue is having a terrific sale between Orlando and Los Angeles: just $114.40 round trip in either direction. It looks like these flights book into P-class, which means they should earn some (reduced) mileage with Singapore or Hawaiian (or even less with Emirates). There are lots of dates available in January and February.
Here is an example:
Orlando to Los Angeles, January 25-30th:
Availability is decent, but will certainly go quickly.
According to ITA Matrix, these appear to book into P-class.
According to Where to Credit, that means they should earn 50% mileage flown in Singapore Krisflyer or Hawaiian Miles (or 25% if credited to Emirates Skywards);
At half credit, it looks like you could pick up ~2200 miles as per the Great Circle Mapper.
While it’s not necessarily a mileage run, it’s nice to get something in return from your flight. I haven’t double checked the terms at Singapore or Hawaiian to be sure that these flights would qualify, so be sure to do your homework and view the above as potential.
What do you think — are you booking a flight on this deal?

[…] $114 round trip: Orlando <-> Los Angeles: I can’t believe it, but this fare is still available on select dates. What’s more, last week someone mentioned finding these flights via the Ritz-Calrton Visa Discount Air booking engine — meaning that they were able to get $100 off on two round trips — dropping the cost for each to about 54 round trip. And I believe it can earn Singapore Krisflyer miles… […]
was able to get two $64 RT tickets using the ritz visa discount website awesome!! thanks!
The LAX-MCO leg is pretty brutal. A red-eye flight, in a single class plane, most likely with young children in tow. They really need to rework those times.
