GiftCardMall, on EBay, is currently offering Staples $100 gift cards for 15% off face value.
It used to be possible to use Staples’ gift cards to buy other gift cards online (even Visa gift cards), but that is no longer the case. I’d recommend buying this only to get a prepaid discount on actual Staples’ purchases.

When I went to check out, it only gave me Paypal as a payment option. I want to use my Amex card. How can I do this?
I think you have two options:
1) unlike your ebay and paypal accounts; or:
2) make sure your PayPal account is empty of funds and add your Amex as the default payment type in your PayPal account
Can be used in store only?
Despite what it says, these can be used online (but not to buy gift cards)
