Buy a $25 Kmart or iTunes gift card at Kmart and receive a $5 Kmart Award Card and $2 worth of Shop Your Way Rewards points. Award Cards are supposedly only valid from 12/15 to 12/21 but some have reported receiving cards that were valid immediately. And, some have reported that Sears is running the same offer. At Sears it may be possible to use a Sears (or Kmart, or Lands End) gift card to purchase a Sears gift card to get the extra $5 card. Repeat and enjoy.

I tried at Sears today 12/12. Purchased a $25 Sears GC, but did not get a $5 GC. Cashiers did not know anything. Supervisor said purchasing a Kmart GC at Kmart should work, but not Sears.
Some have said that Sears is no longer giving out the award cards as of today. Can anyone confirm?
