Quick Thoughts
In terms of your return on spend, the United shopping portal offer will be most appealing, especially if you’re spending $400 as you’d earn 2,000 bonus MileagePlus miles versus only 1,000 or 500 with Alaska and American respectively.
Both the Alaska and United shopping portals have in-store card-linked offers, with that spend also counting towards the spending thresholds for these bonus mile promotions.
The detailed terms and conditions exclude gift card purchases, but purchases from Giftcards.com do count as eligible spend.

Might be targeted, but I received an email from Delta offering 500 miles for $100 spend

Do the bonus points also count as loyalty/elite points?
For American and United it doesn’t. For Alaska, every 3k miles you earn through partners such as the shopping portal. you’ll earn 1k EQMs https://frequentmiler.com/great-alaska-shopping-portal-news-promotion-bonus-miles-are-also-elite-qualifying/
As always, the AA portal has the added bonus of contributing the most to elite status, followed by Alaska.
Not really, since the bonus points don’t give you any LPs with AA. (the actual purchase does earn you LPs, of course)
