There is a terrific new welcome offer available for the Hawaiian Airlines Mastercard, allowing you to earn 80,000 miles after only $2,500 in purchases within the first 90 days. This link comes from an in-flight offer and requires a 6-digit “promo code.” However, you can use any 6-digit code (like 123456) and it will take you to the application page.
Contrary to what we expected, Alaska/Hawaiian has announced that these Barclays Hawaiian cards will be sticking around for at least some length of time after October 1st, when Hawaiian joins Atmos. The rebranded Bank of America Alaska Atmos cards launched today with 80,000-point bonuses, so it looks like Barclays had someone hold their beer so they could match it. It’s worth noting that the Alaska versions also come with a $99 companion fare to go along with the 80K points.

Quick Thoughts
This in-flight offer comes around periodically, but it has been a bit since we’ve seen it. It does require a “promo code,” but in reality, you can enter any 6-digit code, and it will take you to the application page. The codes simply function as a way to track sign-up incentives for the flight attendants.
It notes on the landing page that all miles will become points in Alaska / Hawaiian’s new Atmos Rewards program on October 1st, 2025. In the meantime, it’s still possible to transfer from Hawaiian to Alaska on a 1-1 basis, something that you’ll undoubtedly want to do since Alaska/Atmos is where the sweet spots are.

Just a heads up the article above correctly states $2500 spend but the inner image with the quick details still states $1000 spend.
Barclays doesn’t reconsider SUB’s for previous applications so they? Asking for those of us that recently applied for the 60k offer….
Ah. I burnt a 5/24 slot for the 50k offer as I assumed they’d be getting rid of the card.
it’s their public offer now on https://www.hawaiianairlines.com/
Going to call and see if they’ll match, just got approved a few weeks ago.
Thanks! The public version requires more spend, though.
I just did the public offer yday? Any DP’s on it they will match ?
Just sharing a DP. This may not necessarily be an in-flight offer, I saw this in my Hawaiian Airlines iOS app, in the Messages section.
Anyone know what will happen with Hawaiian’s capability to share miles?
I see the Atmos Summit credit card has as a benefit to share points. I’m thinking that if only that card has that benefit that all other options to share will be terminated.
Well thaaaank yoooou Alaska/Hawaiian for completely screwing up my card application strategy for the coming year…
I already lobbed in a bunch of Hawaiian apps this past year and am sitting here at 4/24 like – do I blow up my Chase strategy just when I got back under?
Maybe, because we really don’t know what chase is doing anymore! 5/24 rule isn’t working for some.
Did they forget about the business card? It’s been 50k for ~1 year.
Can I still get the bonus on an Atmos card if I have the bank of america Alaska card? Are they considered two different products?
You can, yes. I have both Alaska CC, Barclays Hawaiian CC – both applied December 2024. And today I got approved for ATMOS Summit. Hope this helps.
But can you get the bonus on the Atmos Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® card and Atmos Rewards Visa® Business cards if you have or have had those in the last year?
Hello my friend, I don’t know the answer cus I’ve not had any business Alaska CC.
I just tried 123456 and 123123 and getting “you must enter a 6-digit promotional code to apply for this offer. Please reference the in-flight offer card you received from your Flight Attendant.”
000150 works right now
022637 is from a delightful FA I met on my recent OGG-LAS flight.
