Is there a reason I am not seeing some of these great offers on my Amex “Offers For You” Page? I have several offers, but the good ones (including the recent Costco offer) are not hitting my account. Is it random luck or do I need to do something to be included?
My guess is that Amex uses info they know about you to decide whether or not to target you. I don’t know how to influence their picks.
