This one probably won’t last long. Following the recent World of Hyatt Points + Cash award sales (here and here), there’s a new award sale, this time on suites at Hyatt properties.
The Deal
Hyatt has released suites at select hotels that are bookable at the standard points and/or Points + Cash rate.
Extreme Hotel Deals is the one who found all these deals again and has a full list of properties. Some of the deals include:
- Hyatt House Boston/Waltham – One Bedroom Double/Double Suite and One Bedroom King Conference Suite – 12,000 points per night (pictured above)
- Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf – One Bedroom Suite – 4,000 points + $55
- Hyatt House Miami Airport – Two Bedroom & Two Bathroom Suite – 6,000 points + $75
- Hyatt Place Chicago/Midway Airport – King One Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed – 4,000 points + $55
Quick Thoughts
Some of these deals have the potential to provide great value, especially the hotels with suites containing two bedrooms.
As always, compare the award prices to paid prices. For example, a stay at the Hyatt House Boston/Waltham the night of January 26 would cost $153.14 for the One Bedroom Double/Double Suite and $130.80 for the One Bedroom King Conference Suite (both those prices include taxes.) That means using 12,000 World of Hyatt points wouldn’t represent a great deal.
On the other hand, the One Bedroom Suite at the Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf would cost $283.79 the night of Valentine’s Day. Paying 4,000 points + $55 therefore provides much better value.

Transfered my UR to Hyatt and as soon as i was about to pull the trigger the options are gone :'(
This feels like Hyatt learned how to trick the blogger herd into pimping their little scams.
Hubby and I just stayed at the Hyatt House Miami Airport on our way to Costa Rica last week. (We ran ahead of a snow storm).
It was very convenient and close to MIA.
