There’s a new Delta gift card deal available at the moment giving a $25 Uber gift card free which could be of particular interest if you have a targeted Amex Offer on any of your cards that’ll stack with it.

Getting a $25 Uber gift card free is a fairly good deal, although we have seen some other offers on Delta gift cards recently giving a straight 10% discount which is a better offer.
That said, this Delta/Uber gift card deal might be of more interest to those who’ve also been targeted for an Amex Offer. That deal awards +5 bonus Delta SkyMiles when buying Delta gift cards and is valid on up to $2,000 spend. That’s in addition to your standard earnings, so stacking the deals means you’d end up with a $300 Delta gift card, a $25 Uber gift card and at least 1,800 SkyMiles.

This headline is misleading. Vouchers and gift cards are two very different things with Uber. You cannot apply any Uber cash, including the credits earned from the AmEx Gold and Plat cards, to orders when you are redeeming a voucher, making the vouchers much less valuable than an actual gift card.
