There is a new, targeted spending offer for Chase Ink Business cards that folks are encountering via mailers, e-mails and within their online Chase accounts. It allows those targeted to earn 5,000 bonus Ultimate Rewards points for every $5K in spend they put on their card between now and 5/31/25. The maximum amount of bonus points that can be earned from this promotion is 15,000.
This offer must be tightly-controlled, as none of the FM Team’s multiple Ink cards were targeted when checking via the link below (h/t: Miles Earn and Burn). We did hear from a reader who received a physical mailer today, and I’ve also seen several data points of folks finding success by entering their info into the online link.
The Deal
- Get an 5,000 bonus Ultimate Rewards points for every $5K in spend on a Chase Ink card with a targeted spending offer.
- Can be used up to three times for a total of 15,000 bonus points
- Expires 5/31/25
Quick Thoughts
On it’s own, this isn’t much. After all, earning an extra 1x – and needing to spend $5K in order to get it – doesn’t usually get us very excited.
However, all of these Ink cards already have excellent spending categories and welcome offers and being able to add an extra 1x makes them even sweeter. This turns the Ink Business Preferred into a 4x for travel and 2x everywhere card, the Ink Business Unlimited‘s 1.5 everywhere into 2.5x all-around card or the Ink Cash‘s 5x office supply category into 6x. Given that, getting a 5K bonus by spending $5k over the next three months would be appealing for many folks.
That said, boy does this seem highly-targeted. No one on the FM Team had it on any of their their household Ink cards…and we have a decent fistful of them. Hopefully, others have better luck.
We often see multiple versions of these types of spending offers, so if you have a different one, let us know in the comments.

We got it on one of our chase ink unlimited cards (we have 2). The spend 5K get extar 5k points offer. The one that was targeted was the one we use in person at Lowe’s and some online purchases overall less than $500 per month but used monthly. The other ink unlimited has a few under 100 autopay amounts on it and it was not targeted. My Biz Hyatt, Biz Cash, Biz preferred have had thousands per month in the past few months and not targeted. Just trying to make sense of this all.
Was able to enroll my hyatt business card for an offer that can earn 10,000 bonus points but it didn’t tell me what I had to do to receive the bonus points lol.
I got email and mailer. I wanted to activate it on my Business Unlimited, but that didn’t work. I was able to activate it on my Ink Plus.
I received the flyer in the mail first followed by an email. I could not make it work with my ink cash cards, which was what I mainly wanted to use. I called since I received the flyer and the fine print said you must receive the flyer and he said I don’t see it activated on your account, but you certainly should be enabled to get it because you receive the flyer. I had to send a picture in of it. I guess it’s in review.
I received an email offer on my Cash card, yey for gift card buying! Promo starts today, 3.1.25.
We received a physical mailer today. 20k for every 20k up to 60k bonus points.
Wife and I have 5 Inks between us. I got the offer on one of my Plus cards. $15K spend on $200 VGCs, here I come. Another blog has links to 4 offers, $5K, $10K, $15K, $20K. We only got the 1.
No love on any cards.
Between P2 and I’s Ink Cash, finally got one offer that is 10K pts for $10K spend.
Didn’t get it for both my Ink Unlimited and Cash cards
