As per an alert from Thrifty Traveler Premium, Delta is running a fare sale on flights from JFK to Bogota. You can book non-stop, round trip, lie-flat business class seats from only $418 or 24,000 SkyMiles.

Quick Thoughts
This appears to be a decent rate because prices are normally much higher than this. It’s a particularly good deal not only because this lower pricing is available on non-stop flights but because because it’ll be in lie-flat business class seats.
As you can see from Google Flights, availability at the $418 rate has a decent amount of availability.
You can also redeem SkyMiles for these flights starting at 24,000 round-trip. Note that the taxes can vary from $79-$124 depending on which dates and options you go for. Redeeming SkyMiles for these flights isn’t stunning value, but at 1.3-1.4cpp it’s a solid use of your miles.
Be sure to check which flights you’re selecting when making a reservation. In a lot of cases I was finding the lowest pricing available for non-stop routing options on the outbound flight, but the inbound flight was often a little more expensive when using miles if you wanted a non-stop flight.
