Quick Thoughts
We often see a generous selection of cities in North America that are bookable for 18,750 miles in economy to/from Europe. Premium economy and business class offers are much more rare though, so having one city for premium economy and three cities for business class is a welcome development.
Award availability in economy for 18,750 miles is generally pretty good. Business class for 45,000 miles is harder to come by but there are dates out there, while premium economy is somewhere in between. While not plentiful, Detroit to Brussels in premium economy has a handful of dates – or more – from December to February, with a few dates available in March and April.

Thankfully Air France/KLM make it easy to find availability if you have flexibility with your travel dates. To get the calendar view shown above, leave the date field blank when doing your initial search.

They must’ve dropped one single ticket in for Orlando (which must’ve sold already) because I’ve searched every EU destination and find nothing at the sales price.
not even a single mention of the “taxes and fees” required on top of the miles for these tickets?
Out of pocket YQ cash costs on the “cheap” business class flights to Paris are nearly $500, probably a lot more on the return (plus all the points). No thanks, not the kind of “bargain” I look for. Air France, I fart in your general direction!
Good sales for economy. The recent Flying Blue fee increases have been absolutely brutal for premium economy and business class though.
