There appears to be good availability for this latest batch of Flying Blue Promo Rewards. For example, this is what Los Angeles to Amsterdam looks like this month, with similar availability in November, January and February (although it drops off a little in December):
These economy awards to Europe tend to have taxes/fees of ~$100, while in the other direction you could be looking at ~$200 depending on where you’re flying out of.
