There’s a new round of targeted Chase Offers for several different Marriott brands at the moment that give 10% back as a statement credit.

Quick Thoughts
I have offers for TownePlace Suites, Autograph Collection and Renaissance on a couple of my Chase cards, but we often see targeted offers for other Marriott brands too like Springhill Suites, Courtyard and more, so keep an eye out for other similar saving opportunities.
For TownePlace Suites and Renaissance, there’s a limit of $57 back, while Autograph Collection has a higher cashback limit of $62. If you have these offers on more than one card and your paid stay exceeds the cashback limit for whichever offer you’d be using, you can ask the front desk to split the cost of your stay when checking out in order to earn statement credits on two or more cards.
