Need to Know

That worked though I don’t know if it was a timing issue or not since I haven’t bothered to check this morning using the phone method. Yesterday neither way worked. But I see my balance and that’s what counts.

I don’t know if it’s just me or something else but when I enter my GC number at the SWA Website or over the phone I get an error message.
I emailed the issue to GYFT but have not heard back.

Was declined twice with two different cards. After adding my D.O.B. and mobile phone number. I got 1 order to go through as pending verification (it can take up to 6 hours to be approved). I tried a 2nd order with a different card and was instantly declined. It’s good they have security measures but frustrating today for me as a new customer.
I’m going through the same thing too. My first email said I was banned by Gyft (I think i made 1-2 orders with them in the past, so not sure what is up with that). Created a new account and placed 2 seperate orders with VGCs from Staples.com (AMEX Offer). Will see if the orders go through or get canceled for a bogus reason.
I did get my 1 card to show up in my wallet. Cannot make any more orders today. Says I’ve made too many declined orders.
