Quick Thoughts
In an ideal world you’d find this on a World of Hyatt credit card so that you’ll also earn 4x points. I sadly didn’t, but did get it on a Chase Ink Business Preferred card so I’d at least earn 3x Ultimate Rewards if I use it.
Even if you don’t have any Hyatt Place stays planned for the next couple of months, it might still be possible to lock in the savings from the Chase Offer. If you have a nearby Hyatt Place that sells physical Hyatt gift cards, you could buy $100-$400 of those which should trigger the statement credit.
Do these typically work with prepaid bookings or does the payment have to be made in hotel?
How easy is it to use a Hyatt gift card? Marriott and Hilton already seem complicated
Why are you posting this now if it expired in March 2024?
It will expire November 8, 2024 according to the screenshot of the Chase offer in the post. I caught the March expiration as well.
It’s a typo. Fixed.
