Ebates is offering increased cash back rates at more than 175 stores for one day only today. If you don’t yet have an Ebates account, you can sign up here. Rates are at or near 15-month highs on several stores. For example, according to Cash Back Monitor, Sears hasn’t been higher than 12% in the past 18 months:

There is currently an Amex offer for $50 back on $250 or more at Reeds Jewelers. Combined with 14% cash back on $250, that amounts to about 34% off. I don’t know how their pricing compares, but the rate is also the best in 15 months:
