my points havent posted since Feb 15th… theres definitely something wrong here.
My points haven’t been posting correctly again. They are the most frustrating company (and Chase isn’t much better)! Chase UR owes me about 100k points from this past month but they won’t pay up because they said I didn’t use my Chase credit card to purchase the Kohls items through the portal. Have you ever had this issue?
Yes, unfortunately when you don’t pay with your Chase card, Chase won’t help with issues like these
Have you had issues with your points posting this month from Kohls merchandise purchases made with GCs? Only about 25% of mine have posted so it makes me think they haven’t disallowed points for purchases with GCs but that there’s a technical issue (again).
A number of people have reported issues in the comments of my Laboratory page. Give it time, the points might still show up

You have to select your charge card as the payment source, then add enough gift cards to cover the entire order
