Marriott Homes & Villas is out with yet another promotion. This time, rather than awarding bonus points on qualifying stays, they’re giving a 10% discount on stays of two or more nights.

- Save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between July 16, 2025 (12:01 AM EST) – August 31, 2025 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed on or before December 19, 2025.
- The 10% discount is available on both cash/credit card and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings (excluding Free Night Awards).
- Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning August 1, 2025, up to and including nights stayed on or before December 19, 2025
Quick Thoughts
Getting a 10% discount isn’t the most amazing deal in the history of Homes & Villas deals, but if you were interesting in booking a vacation home for stays from the beginning of August through nearly the end of the year, it’s nice to get a discount off the back of this promotion.
Click through from a shopping portal before booking in order to earn cashback or rewards. If you have the Capital One Shopping browser extension installed, browse the Homes & Villas site and then wait a little while. I’ve recently gotten offers as high as 15% back which is much better than what you’ll usually earn through other portals.
Also take into account that the Alaska, United, Southwest and Delta shopping portals are all running bonus mile/point promotions at the moment, so the bonus earnings from those could make those portals a better option.
