Marriott Homes & Vilas is out with yet another promotion, this time offering up to 15,000 bonus points on stays through the end of March.
The Deal
- Marriott Homes & Villas is offering the following three-tiered promotion:
- Stay 3-4 consecutive nights & earn 5,000 bonus points
- Stay 5-6 consecutive nights & earn 10,000 bonus points
- Stay 7+ consecutive nights & earn 15,000 bonus points

Key Terms
- A “stay” is defined as three (3) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- Registration of Marriott Bonvoy Member’s Marriott Bonvoy account is required for this promotion. Members must register by November 6, 2025.
- Registered Marriott Bonvoy Members earn 5,000-15,000 bonus points per qualifying paid stay at a participating home rental booked between 09/01/2025 (12:01 AM EST) – 11/6/2025 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed on or before March 31, 2026. Payment for the stay must be made in cash or credit card.
- Registered Marriott Bonvoy Members will earn (i) 5,000 bonus points for a 3 – 4 night stay, (ii) 10,000 bonus points for a 5 – 6 night stay, and (iii) 15,000 bonus points for a stay of 7 or more nights during the promotion period. There is a maximum bonus of 15,000 bonus points per stay for this promotion.
- Stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning 09/01/2025, up to and including nights stayed on or before 03/31/2026.
- A minimum spend for the stay is $1500 (or foreign currency equivalent).
Quick Thoughts
This is a fairly good bonus points offer if you have an eligible stay. Your stay needs to consist of at least three consecutive nights and you need to spend at least $1,500.
Marriott Homes & Villas has a separate promo offering double points on all stays through the end of the year. I think the two of these should stack provided you register for both offers, book both by September 25 (the last booking date for that other offer) and have an otherwise eligible stay by the end of 2025.
Also remember to click through from a shopping portal as Homes & Villas is available on many of those. If you have the Capital One Shopping extension installed, have a browse on the Homes & Villas site before booking. I’ve subsequently gotten targeted offers as high as 15% back that way.
