AwardTool is a popular award search tool that’s very useful – especially for anyone with flexibility since its features help to explore different destination or departure options, among other things.

I have pro and while this extensive capability is great I find awardtool misses a lot of awards that are out there. You have noted the bugginess in other articles and I’ve found it’s so bad that it’s useless. E.g. I recently found no good awards with awardtool but when I switched to my free account on pointsyeah it found great awards with Alaska and AA that awardtool missed. The bugginess makes it useless for me and I won’t renew my membership only because of that. If it worked as well as pointsyeah I would stick with it.
