New 100K offer on Alaska Atmos Summit Visa Infinite

2

A user on uscardforum.com has uncovered a link for an increased offer on the Alaska / Hawaiian Airlines Atmos Summit Visa Infinite card that marks a return of the 100K offer that expired last fall. Doctor of credit reports that may even be possible to get an additional 5,000 points by applying over the phone with a promo code.

Quick Thoughts

This is an excellent offer for those who highly value Atmos Rewards points. While some of the old Alaska Mileage Plan sweet spots disappeared in the lead-up to the launch of Atmos Rewards, there is no doubt that the new program has some real sweet spots, including things like business class to Europe from some East Coast cities from just 45K points each way.

If you fly with a companion and can easily put the card’s annual 25K companion certificate to good use in the first year, the total first year value can be really strong, and 100,000 Alaska Atmos points can be highly valuable (and generally more difficult to accumulate in large quantities than miles in some other airline programs).

As noted above, Doctor of Credit reports that you may be able to get 105,000 total points by calling (800) 932-2775 to apply over the phone using priority code GAATB2. Your mileage may vary, and it isn’t 100% clear to me that this will stack with the 100K offer since the “normal” public offer has been 80K as of late.

See our Alaska Airlines Atmos Complete Guide for complete program detials, including great sweet spots for use of these points.

Please include a disclaimer for some of your less informed readers that USCF links are often (but not always!) hacked or otherwise not intended for broader consumption. USCF isn’t a commonly cited source and their forum users often skew on the more reckless side. The infamous Citi in-branch Strata Elite link originated from USCF, as have several modified Amex NLL/upgrade links. I don’t really care if people go for it, but I do think folks should go in eyes open at least aware of the potential risks.
