New United Mile Play offers are out – here’s how to check if you’re targeted

United is out with a new round of targeted Mile Play offers that provide bonus miles when completing certain tasks.

  • Book & take a trip 2 times to earn 6,700 bonus miles
  • Book & take a trip 3 times to earn 8,700 bonus miles

Quick Thoughts

It’s always worth trying to register for these Mile Play promotions even if you don’t currently have plans to travel with United during the promotion dates just in case your plans change. There are also sometimes some non-flying tasks with these Mile Play challenges, so those could be easier to complete.

For this latest round my wife and I were both targeted. She had the offer listed above awarding 6,700 bonus miles when flying twice, while I was targeted for the offer giving 8,700 bonus miles when flying three times. Be sure to read the fine print of your individual offer; both our offers require spending at least $150 on base fares per flight, so if you have a similar spending requirement you’ll need to ensure you’re spending enough before taxes and fees.
