The discussion on Leaders Club benefits brings up some questions on booking through other channels. Namely there are many LHW properties bookable through AMEX FHR & THC. As with other chains like Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton, would it be possible to enter your Leaders Club number when booking through AMEX FHR or THC to earn points on the stay, and possibly stack benefits?

Thought of this as I’m considering a stay at a LHW property in a few months where cash rates through AMEX THC are pretty low which could be a good use of the annual $200 Platinum credit. The THC benefits mainly provide the $100 property credit which includes dining as an option. If Leaders Club benefits were to stack getting a free breakfast of some sort on top of the $100 property credit (plus earning points for the stay) could make for a really great deal.
