For me, the Citi Dividend activation link you provided takes me to the Q1, not Q2, bonus categories signup. Same thing happens if I go to my Citi Dividend account and try to activate the Q2 bonus categories. The link only gives access to the Q1 activation. This has been a typical Citi issue for me in the past and usually resolves around the first or second day of the new quarter. Is it just me??
Does anybody know if you can just buy Amazon gift cards on the Chase freedom card and it counts as 5%?
Yes you can. Alternatively, you can just reload your balance.
Thanks Stephen!
Can someone remind me if the 5% at Amazon includes Whole Foods.. I feel like it did last time but it’s very likely I am typing this with wishful thinking…
No definitive info here, but I think it probably does if you are ordering Whole Foods online (for delivery or in-store pickup), and excludes Whole Foods if shopping in store.
I say that because I find the reverse is true for Grocery spend (for when I am trying to use a card that gets bonuses on grocery spend): shopping in-store codes successfully as grocery spend, while placing a delivery/pickup order does not code as grocery spend.
It does include Whole Foods – I just updated the post to include the full details.
