Shoes.com is offering 21 miles per dollar through the MileagePlus shopping portal for MileagePlus cardholders, or 15 miles per dollar for others. I have no idea if Shoes.com is any good or if double dips work. Anyone have any good info?

i never received the points through BA from shoes.com a year ago, each kept referring me to the other . 18k points !!
