It’s not only Hyatt balances that Chase has been messing up.
There were reports overnight that some customers with Chase checking accounts were noticing that money had either gone missing from their accounts or they’d received random credits to their accounts.
Chase has since advised that the issues were fixed this morning and accounts should be back to normal, but it might be worth giving your account(s) a quick look to ensure that everything is as it should be.
