that sucks. why can’t they be reliable? they already jacked up rates once. FM- will they return to the 2%/1%?
I think its unlikely that we’ll see it go back up anytime soon.

True, this is more of an Quick Anti-Deal
For 3k of Visa gift cards, the out of pocket now goes to about $27. Too high. I was okay with it at 1% because that translated to .4 cpp, but at .9 it’s a bad deal.
Too bad. I much preferred this method to driving around looking for VRs.
