US Bank Double Bonus Days return June 11-13

US Bank will once again be offering double rewards on all deals listed in the US Bank Shopping Deals platform when you click through and use a US Bank rewards card to pay between June 11th and June 13th.

These deals used to be card-linked, but they now essentially behave like a shopping portal, taking you directly to the retailer. This means that you can no longer double-dip with a different shopping portal and still take advantage of the deal. However, there can still be some decent opportunities available with the 2x factored in.

Terms and Conditions

• To qualify for double cash back, you must first activate the offer and then redeem the offer during the June 11-13 period and use your US Bank rewards credit card.
• The additional cash back will be credited 6 to 8 weeks after June 13th.

Quick Thoughts

A quick word of warning: in the past, US Bank has only awarded double points on purchases that post during the promotional period. Because of this, I’d be hesitant to make any purchases on June 13th and expect to get the bonus, since it may not post until the next day.

Note also that the additional points will be credited 6 to 8 weeks after June 13th, so don’t be surprised if you don’t see the additional rewards until July or August. That makes this a bit of a gamble in the sense that it’ll be a long time before you know how it works out and it will probably be a pain to track, especially if you use multiple offers.

Each deal shows rewards back in “points,” like the ones seen below. The points earned can then be redeemed for statement credits, deposited into an eligible account or used for travel in the US Bank travel portal.

New offers get added all the time and I have several offers set to expire before this double cash back deal goes live, so it’s might be worth keeping an eye out for useful new ones as they pop up.
