Booking.com fail for a US hotel. Chatted with support and they claim that travel agencies don’t fall under any of the categories.
Booking on flylevel.com for Level flight from Boston to Barcelona did not trigger reward redemption. Same for Barcelona to Boston.
Airport Parking was a fail
Tried for Booking.com for Hotel in Tokyo: FAIL
Holland America cruise worked. Paying over the phone for a reservation, the portion not covered by a casino offer.
Autoslash: prepaid using “Pay now with Autoslash” for an Enterprise car rental. Success!
Air France award fees booked through the website for Delta flight one way US to Canada worked
