Quick Thoughts
This can be a terrific deal if you’re able to nab cards that are rarely discounted or only typically discounted a few percent. Keep in mind that I’d only recommend buying cards for which you have an immediate or near-immediate use: while I’ve had great experiences with Raise, I wouldn’t buy a second-hand gift card and hold onto it for months.
It’s also worth keeping the lifetime cap in mind: if you’ve bought $5K or more in gift cards lifetime through Raise, whether through a portal or not, you will not earn cash back.
This is perfect timing for a Raise purchase I’ve been sitting on. Thanks

Beware the last 3 times I used TCB for Raise I had to submit a ticket each time because the cashback didn’t post. First 2 times took 2 months to resolve. I’m still waiting on the 3rd, going on month number 5. I won’t use them again.
Should stack with the current Raise Labor Day coupon of 5% off (up to $10) sitewide since the coupon is mentioned in the “Special Deals & Coupons” section.
