Quick Thoughts
This is a pretty good deal if you’re looking to buy something from eBay today. Saving a hundred bucks on a $500 purchase could certainly be useful. Keep in mind that gift cards and items in Coins & Paper money are excluded and the code is valid for one-time use only (though you can buy multiple items in a single transaction).
Also keep in mind that this coupon is valid for exactly 12 hours: from 7am PT to 7pm PT on Wednesday, June 6th only — so that’s 10am to 10pm for those located on the East Coast. We will keep our eye out for any eBay deals that stack particularly well with this coupon, though keep in mind the usual suspects. Items that are rarely discounted elsewhere become a particularly good deal when eBay runs these coupons.
H/T: Slickdeals
How do I find out about these before they expire. This is reposted today 6/7/2018 or at least showed up in my email this morning at 7:42 and was up last night. That does not help me to tell me that I could have saved but didn’t.
Is there a list to get these ebay deals because I have missed them the last couple of times by finding out the next day
It sounds like you want to change your subscription settings to get Instant Alerts rather than Daily Alerts. We have three subscription options:
1) Instant Posts by email (get an email as soon as we post anything)
2) Daily Posts by email (one email each morning with the latest morning post and all of the other posts published within the past 24 hours)
3) Weekly posts by email (one email per week with summaries of the main daily posts, posts from around the web, and our last chance deals)
You can change your settings by clicking “Subscribe” in the bar at the top below the name of the site — which will take you here:
https://frequentmiler.com/subscribe/
An alternative option if you’re on the go and not looking at your email is that you can follow Frequent Miler on Facebook / Twitter and turn on mobile notifications — then you would get a notification on your phone when we Tweet / share new posts (which happens automatically with each post).
Before I worked at Frequent Miler, I had Twitter set up with instant mobile notifications and I also subscribed to the instant emails so I wouldn’t miss deals like this. We provide a lot of different options as some people prefer less communication and others more.
Combine this with OfficeMax/Office Depot eBay gift card purchase to get another 10% off on top of that.
