Gift cards issued by who (like US Bank) are pin enabled? And can visa gift cards be purchased with credit cards at Kroger?
Yes both Visa and MC gift cards issued by US Bank are pin-enabled. The pin is normally in the packaging, but if not you can set it via the telephone.
Some Kroger stores allow the purchase of gift cards with a credit card and some don’t. Within my city it is a store by store policy, so there isn’t any blanket rule.
