Does Splender pay out when you use gift cards to pay for the order?
In my experience, yes. My cash back shows pending for the Roku orders.
I just purchased 3, each in a separate order. It is showing that I will get $99.98 back in points on each of the three orders!
Can u use the points toward giftcards?

How long do the points usually take to hit your account? I order mine and then 20-30 mins later I got 15,000 points but was supposed to get 70,000 so not sure what is going on.
There are a number of bonuses that are stacking and they show up at different times. The 50% back in points for the Roku players says that it will post “the next day” and expire in 30 days.
Stick vs box?
When I looked it up in the past, the box had the advantage of being faster plus it has more connection options (I think). It’s been a while since I read the reviews though. I bought the stick because I want to see if it will work when traveling (I’ve had some trouble with Roku and hotel wifi in the past, but they may have worked out those issues by now).
