American Express is offering a couple of different transfer bonuses right now, with one of them being a 30% bonus when transferring your points to Marriott.
The Deal
- Get a 30% bonus when transferring American Express Membership Rewards to your Marriott Bonvoy account.

Quick Thoughts
While it’s always nice to see a transfer bonus being offered, a 30% bonus to Marriott still isn’t worth considering for the most part seeing as Marriott points are worth far less than Membership Rewards, so even a 30% bonus doesn’t make up for that.
The one use case for transferring points would be if you’re just short of the number of points needed for a high value redemption; otherwise you’ll generally be better off holding on to your Membership Rewards for transfers to airline partners.
