Quick Thoughts
Every thousand fuel points will get you a buck off per gallon of gas up to 35 gallons, so $250 in gift cards will get you $1 off per gallon. Keep in mind that fuel points expire at the end of the month after the month in which you’ve earned them, so you would only have until the end of July to use these fuel points.
There is another coupon good for 2x fuel points on your groceries on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through July 29th, but I don’t believe that will stack.
I don’t drive a vehicle with a 35-gallon tank (nor do I live near any Kroger locations unfortunately), but we have a couple of 5 gallon gas cans, so between one vehicle and a couple of those I can usually get pretty close to 30 gallons at a fill up. Even if you only have a 10 or 12 gallon tank, the savings can probably either mitigate activation fees or make some gift cards profitable even before considering a credit card that earns one of the Best category bonuses at grocery stores.
[…] These discounts aren’t great from a reselling perspective, although there might be a couple of break-even / profitable deals depending on where you resell. Still, with discounts of up to 20% these could be good for personal use, especially when combined with the digital coupon offering 4x fuel points until June 19. […]

Are their any Kroger’s with fixed-value V/MC/Amex GCs higher than $100? Certainly not at mine.
I assume you can’t buy these online?
