TopCashBack is offering 7% cash back on Happy Gift Cards purchased from GiftCards.com. Note that you can only earn cash back on up to $2K in orders per month from GiftCards.com, so this will have limited use. Still, it could be a solid deal in some cases (and would stack with your credit card rewards and GiftCards.com rewards points).

Quick Thoughts
This could be an attractive deal in some circumstances, particularly because GiftCards.com sells Happy cards in denominations up to $500. Just keep an eye on the fine print as some of them say “online redemption required”, which means you or your recipient will need to swap the Happy card for a single-store gift card from the brands listed. Others say “enter payment as credit” and those will work like a credit card in-store where allowed.

I’m only seeing 5% cash back listed on Topcashback which is their standard rate and not the 7% mentioned in the article as a today February 14, 2021.
I purchased $2K of happycards back in ~Aug 2020 via Topcashback, at the regular 5% cashback rate. It tracked at 1%. (Happy cards were on sale at giftcards.com at the time). I filed a claim with TCB. I’ve followed up about once every 6-8wks. The most recent reply I got from TCB (~2 wks ago) is that they are “still working on it” and to have patience. I actually don’t expect to EVER get the advertised 5% cashback rate, and I don’t plan on using TCB with giftcards.com in the future.
FYI, for the past year, TCB would always track happy card purchases from giftcards.com at the 1% rate so you needed to file a claim afterwards. However, before this Aug 2020 purchase, I would file a claim with TCB and after a month or so, the cashback would be corrected to the 5% level.
I’ve had much better experience with Yazing, which also has happycards from giftcards.com at 5%. Yazing takes a 10% fee, but 4.5% cashback is >>>1% cashback from TCB.
Another anecdote about TCB – I purchased happy cards from giftcardmall when the TCB rate was 5%. It automatically tracked at 3%. When I filed a claim on TCB, I was told that gcm decided to not accept any claims, and thus my claim was closed and I would not be getting the advertised 5% cashback.
Finally, I still use TCB, just not for gc.com or gcm.com. They have great rates for some merchants, and they are fine as a shopping portal if the purchase automatically tracks.
Well that would sure stink. Yuck.
