Preferred Hotels is out with a new promotion that’s awarding 50,000 bonus points and Titanium status in its i Prefer loyalty program.
The catch? You have to book a 7+ night package with &Beyond which will set you back at least $7,500. If you’re already looking to book the trip of a lifetime though, earning bonus points and hotel status would be a nice bonus.
The Deal
- Earn 50,000 bonus points and i Prefer Titanium status when booking a 7+ night &Beyond package and using promo code 50KPOINTS.
- Direct link to offer.
Key Terms
- Book by April 22, 2025 for any 7+ night package.
Quick Thoughts
&Beyond is a luxury tour operator, running safaris in Africa, trips to Antarctica, tours in South America and more. As would be expected, these tours don’t come cheap; it looks like the lowest priced tour comes in at ~$7,500, with some tours costing double that or more.

As a result, a bonus of 50,000 bonus points in Preferred Hotels’ loyalty program i Prefer is lower than might be expected as that’s worth ~$250. Still, if you were looking into booking a trip like this, earning 50,000 bonus points and Titanium status is certainly far better than nothing.
Titanium status benefits seem to be a bit nebulous as they include, among others, the following:
- Complimentary food & beverage offering
- Digital anniversary gift
- Access to special offers and experiences
Those benefits are so vague that it could mean they offer something amazing for each one, or it could mean you get a couple of bottles of water, an eCard thanking you for your loyalty and the ability to book experiences for a ludicrous number of points. It’s therefore hard to know how much to value Titanium status at.

I have Titanium status with Preferred and it is worth exactly nothing. On my last two (very expensive, multi-day) stays at Preferred hotels, I received zero benefits. No upgrade, no early check-in/late check-out, no welcome gift, no F&B credit.
The front desk managers acted like I was crazy when I requested the promised benefits. Both times I complained in writing to Preferred, and received no response. I’m done with them.
Just to add that your list of promised benefits is incomplete — as Titanium, you’re also supposed to receive all the benefits of lower levels, such as late check-out, room upgrade if available, etc.
