Marriott Homes & Villas is much more reliable when it comes to frequently running decent promotions, far more so than the regular Marriott Bonvoy program. They’ve opened registration for yet another promo, but this time it seems to be targeted solely at Gold members.

- Earn 15,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points when booking a 4+ night stay with Marriott Homes & Villas costing $1,500+ as a member with Gold status.

Key Terms
- Book by June 30, 2025 for stays through September 4, 2025.
- A “stay” is defined as four (4) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- This promotion is valid only for Marriott Bonvoy Members who hold Gold Elite status at time of booking.
- A minimum spend for the stay is $1500 (or foreign currency equivalent).
- Promotion bonus Points are in addition to the base points and any Elite bonus points earned per stay within the promotion earning period.
- Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals booked through the HVMB Platform.
Quick Thoughts
Earning 15,000 bonus points is a nice reward, although you do have to stay four or more nights and spend at least $1,500 which might limit the applicability to any stays that you might be booking.
It’s a little unusual to see a promo like this for only Gold members though. I have Titanium status with Marriott and when logging in to my account I saw a message stating “This offer does not align with your current membership level.”
Marriott Homes & Villas is running a separate promo offering double points on stays of four or more nights, so that’s something available for non-Gold members. If you do have Gold status and haven’t registered for either promo yet, it’d be worth registering for the 15k offer first, then try registering for the 2x promo to hopefully earn bonus points from both offers.
