Giftcards.com is currently offering 10-15% off gift cards for many different third-party brands. You should be able to stack these discounts with a return from a shopping portal (up to portal limits) and/or card-linked offer, which can make for some solid deals.
There are a couple of minor brands with 20% off codes, but the popular (and resellable) stuff is either 10% or 15% off.

Quick Thoughts
It’s worth noting that Giftcards.com is on shopping portals, so it should be possible to stack these sales with a portal for additional rewards. Current rates are only a few percent, but we’re regularly getting targeted for ~3-10% back from Capital One Shopping. You can also stack with card-linked offers (like this one, which is valid for 5% back through 12/31).
While the terms state you are limited to 3 qualifying gift cards per promo code per order, shopping portals may have monthly or per-order limits. For instance, Capital One Shopping says that rewards rates are not valid for orders over $2,000. Be sure to keep a close eye on the terms of your chosen portal.
