Homes & Villas by Marriott is running another promotion, this time offering 10,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points when booking a stay in the mountains in Colorado, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

- A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- Registration of Marriott Bonvoy Member’s Marriott Bonvoy account is not required for this promotion.
- Marriott Bonvoy Members earn 10,000 bonus points for each qualifying paid stay at a participating home rental booked between May 23, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) and June 20, 2026 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed between May 23, 2026 and September 14, 2026. Payment for the stay must be made by debit or credit card.
- Stays must be completed at participating US properties located only in the states of Colorado, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Properties in all other US states, countries and territories are not included in this promotion.
- A minimum spend for the stay is USD $1,500. Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals booked through the HVMB Platform.
Quick Thoughts
10,000 bonus points isn’t a huge reward, but this promotion is worth being aware of in case you see the same property from Homes & Villas listed on other sites like Vrbo, Airbnb, etc. Depending on any kind of pricing differential between sites, those 10,000 bonus points might make it more worthwhile booking with Homes & Villas rather than one of the alternatives, especially when considering the stacking opportunity with shopping portal rewards. I don’t believe there’s a Homes & Villas Amex Offer available at the moment, but if one appears before June 20 (the date by which you need to have booked) then that’ll stack too.
One thing it won’t stack with is this separate Homes & Villas promotion. That’s because that other promo is only valid for stays in the Caribbean and Latin America, whereas this promo for mountain stays is only valid for bookings in half a dozen different states.
