Quick Thoughts
If there are two of you interested in flying to Hawaii and you don’t mind flying in economy, this is potentially a great deal. There are a few key things to be aware of though.
One is that it’s only valid for two people traveling at the same time; you sadly can’t book a ticket for just yourself to Hawaii and then get a ticket back for only the taxes and fees.
Another key term is that you have to book your flight(s) by July 16. You don’t have to fly today, but you do need to book your ticket(s) for future travel by today.
Something else important to be aware of is that it’s only valid on economy tickets, not first class.
Due to the fact that you have to use the HIBOGO promo code on the Alaska or Hawaiian website, this isn’t an airfare deal whereby you can book via Amex Travel using Membership Rewards and get 35% back from a Business Platinum card if Alaska is selected as your airline for airline fee credits, the 35% rebate, etc.
